How project-request information is handled.
This page explains what the AstrlSites request form collects and why. It is not a replacement for legal advice or a client agreement.
Information collected
The request form collects the details you choose to provide, including your name, business name, email, optional phone number, business information, website goals, timeline, budget range, links, and additional notes.
How it is used
The information is used to understand the request, reply to you, discuss a possible project, and prepare an appropriate scope. It is not used to create a public profile or sold as a mailing list.
Form delivery and storage
The website sends completed requests by email through Resend. The version-one website does not store form submissions in its own database. Copies may remain in the email systems used to send and receive the message according to those providers’ normal settings.
Spam protection
The form uses a hidden field and a minimum-completion-time check to reduce automated spam. These checks process submission timing and form values only for delivery and abuse prevention.
Third-party services
The website is hosted on Vercel and may use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for privacy-conscious performance and usage information. Project-request emails are delivered through Resend. Those services process technical information needed to provide their functions.
Questions or deletion requests
If you want to ask about information you submitted or request that a message be deleted, contact AstrlSites using the configured contact method or submit a new request that clearly references your earlier message.
