01When can I expect a support reply?
Support runs Monday–Friday, Eastern Time. We aim to reply within two business days to acknowledge your request and discuss next steps. This is a response target, not a completion deadline. Replies at night or on weekends may happen at our discretion; that availability is not promised.
02How do I flag an urgent website problem?
You can flag a website outage or a broken main contact form as urgent. We prioritize these problems during business days, without promising 24/7 support or a guaranteed repair time. We get your approval before charging for work outside your plan.
03What should I send for care or an update?
Choose Website Care or One-off Updates in the request form, then share your current website, requested help, timing, and contact details. For small edits, supply the text, images, hours, or prices to change on existing pages. An inquiry does not enroll you in a plan or approve paid work.
04Do I need all my content ready?
No. Share what you already have, including existing pages, notes, photos, branding, or references. Content gaps can be identified during planning.
05Can I ask about a redesign?
Yes. The project request can include your current website and the parts that feel dated, unclear, or no longer useful.
06What if I’m not sure what I need?
Describe the business, what you have now, and what you want visitors to understand or do. The right scope can be shaped from there.
07Do you work outside Northeast Ohio?
Yes. AstrlSites is based in Northeast Ohio and can collaborate remotely with businesses in other locations.
