$45 minimum per standalone job, covering the first 30 minutes. Then $22.50 per 15-minute increment ($90/hour). An estimate and your approval before work begins. Small updates to supplied text, images, hours, or prices on existing pages.
For occasional updates without a care plan. New pages, redesigns, integrations, major upgrades, and substantial repairs require separate quotes. For Website Care clients, small-edit time beyond the included monthly allowance is billed in 15-minute increments at $22.50 each, without another $45 minimum. We estimate the extra work and get your approval before starting.
Support runs Monday–Friday, Eastern Time. We aim to reply within two business days to acknowledge your request and discuss next steps. This is a response target, not a completion deadline. Replies at night or on weekends may happen at our discretion; that availability is not promised.
You can flag a website outage or a broken main contact form as urgent. We prioritize these problems during business days, without promising 24/7 support or a guaranteed repair time. We get your approval before charging for work outside your plan.
You keep control of your domain and the content you supply. The project agreement explains which custom website files you receive after payment. Third-party tools and assets are subject to their own licenses. We provide the access and exports needed for a handoff and quote any extra migration work for your approval before doing it.
These offers are for new customers. Existing agreed rates and inclusions are honored. There is no automatic migration or enrollment.
